With a high-traffic retail space on the ground level and residential apartments above, 427 Princes Hwy presented a unique challenge in creating a fire protection solution that would work across different occupancy types while minimizing disruption to ongoing construction. The building’s design required us to seamlessly integrate fire protection systems that would maintain both occupant safety and the building’s aesthetic appeal.
