Action 1: Establish a RAP Working Group
- Form a team of employees, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representatives (if possible), to oversee RAP implementation.
Action 2: Build external relationships
- Identify and engage with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organizations, such as land councils or cultural centers.
Action 3: Celebrate National Reconciliation Week (NRW)
- Encourage staff to participate in NRW events and activities.
- Promote NRW within the company and on Adept Fire’s LinkedIn.
