The Pavilion Caringbah is a multi-functional facility, requiring fire protection systems that cater to both commercial and residential spaces. The challenge was to implement these systems in a complex environment while ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s tenants and maintaining the building’s modern design. Additionally, fire protection had to meet strict local regulations and compliance standards for mixed-use developments.
